Streamlight's Stinger DS LED HL is a heavy-duty flashlight that emits a high-power 800-lumen beam at its highest setting for full peripheral illumination. It can adjust to suit high and low-light situations, producing three beams, high at 800 lumens, medium at 400 lumens and low at 200 lumens. The lowest level has a five-hour runtime but still emits a strong, concentrated beam of light. C4 LED technology provides maximum illumination for any situation, and is shock-resistant as well. This model also features a dual-switch system, with one at the tail and one at the head, making one-handed operation simple. The aluminum construction is ultra-durable and the polycarbonate lens is both scratch-resistant and unbreakable.

This is undoubtedly the best flashlight for the money. As a matter of fact I frequently have to use lower power settings as the brightest causes a lighting washout when looking at something close to me. The brightest setting is great for longer distance lighting needs. The strobe function would likely disorient someone if pointed at their face-great defensive flashlight.

This is by FAR !! The best light I’ve ever owned .. super bright on high. I love that it has multi functions, the only thing I would change about my experience is I would have bought extra batteries and the charger that charges the light an the xtra battery at the same time .. other than that it was a really good buy thanks tactical gear!!!

I am a Law Enforcement Park Ranger and do lots of night patrol during my shift. This flashlight goes with me everywhere. When I need to see something on a campsite this flashlight is like a floodlight, illuminating everything.

This thing is so bright and rechargeable. I used to think rechargeable would not be good but I have been blowing through the CR123 batteries so I had to try a rechargeable light and it is amazing!!
