Streamlight's ultra-light ProTac 1L-1AA Dual Fuel Professional Tactical Light is the perfect personal carry light. Its small size is convenient, but its patented C4 LED technology can produce a piercingly bright beam of light, illuminating a dark alley or large room with ease. There are three distinct beam output levels. The CR123A lithium battery can produce a piercing 350-lumen light on it’s high setting, while AA alkaline and lithium batteries produce 150 lumens on their highest setting. The low setting produces 40 lumens and can run up to 14 hours. The push-button tail switch makes one-handed operation simple and the unbreakable pocket clip and nylon holster ensure easy carry. The durable 6000 Series machined aircraft aluminum construction and impact-resistant Borofloat glass lens are lightweight enough for pocket storage and the casing is IPX7 waterproof to 1 meter for 30 minutes. At just over 4" in length, it is an ideal light for concealment and suits any profession or activity.

It is a top quality product in every way, it has solved a lot of inconveniences. I carry it in my EDC or in my backpack, in my pants pocket and it is comfortable anywhere. It is used for tactical jobs, for camping at home, in the car. Really a great, compact and powerful product that can be carried anywhere. I recommend this product, do not hesitate to buy it.

I initially bought the first one earlier this year. I used it on patrol for when I needed my hands free (it was clipped to my shoulder are). Unfortunately, the flashlight was either stolen or misplaced one day on the job. I ended up buying it again but this time I mounted it on my ar15 using a magpul mount. It is just perfect. I love the versatility of being able to use 2 types of batteries. I recommend this light to anyone whether it's for work, a gun, or just edc.

The light is very bright with the Cr123, and very much Bright enough with a AA. Good compromise between size and lumens. Can definitely be used to blind someone in a SD situation, and perfect for everyday use at work or around the house. Carries well in my back pocket. Great light at a fair price point!

If we could give half stars I would actually give it a 4.5 rating. It is a very good light. Good brightness. A little bit of a challenge to go from high beam to low bean to strobe, might be a real challenge under pressure so plan to practice that. If you are like me and expect you will only use high beam when things are looking bad then it isn't an issue. I love that it uses either a AA battery or a C123. The C123 gives brighter high beam, but lets face it you can get AA batteries everywhere. The fact that you can clip it easily to a ball cap is also a plus.

When I started carrying a flashlight everyday I didn't realize how much I would use it. I've carried a Streamlight for years and find them to be a superior product. When it came time for a new one I chose this one and find it to be even better than my old one. I actually order two so my wife could have one to carry since she was always borrowed mine. Carry on!

This little gem turned a completely dark double-car garage into
bright daylight, and I’ve only used the AAA battery so far. Most
pleased with this taclight and will probably purchase another soon.

This is a light yet heavy duty little light! The dual power ability, it can take two different types of batteries, makes it very convenient. It's a handy light and the belt case makes every day carry extra convenient. Love this light!

I love this light. I previously owned a streamlight microstream that refused to die after being put thru extreme conditions and decided to move a step up to a new light. This new dual fuel will light up a pretty good sized room at night . Super bright and the reversible pocket clip is awesome for working with your hands

This torch is pocket size yet shines like a full size light, The added strobe mode is great for safety and protection at night. I have carried a AAA streamlight for several years that I bought in Europe. My smaller one has been ideal so I expect the same from the AA model.

Being a major league coyote hunter a good pocket light is the only light I use, being essential it has to be a good one. We hunt with thermal/night vision optics. I ordered this one a couple weeks ago and love it, best one I've used.
