Tired of wearing uncomfortable boots inflight? Rocky has created an all leather S2V IAW AR 95-1 and DA PAM 670-1. The all leather S2V offers the same comfort and quality features as the original S2V you've trusted for years. This boot is made in the USA with American made and sourced materials; making it compliant with the Berry Amendment. This all leather S2V features a proprietary high-walled Vibram rubber outsole that is cemented and stitched to the upper; couple that with a Rocky Air-Port Cushion Footbed and you have the ultimate in comfort and stability. Even the boot lining is specially designed for comfort. Berry Compliant Moisture Wicking Lining with Aegis Microbe Shield keeps feet cool, dry and protected from bacteria. A fiberglass shank gives you the arch support needed for hours on your feet.

Sometimes you just get a product that seems like it was made for you and these boots are that way for me! I have been on several 5 to 10 mile rucks with them and I still cannot believe how comfortable they are! I have experienced zero hot spots, although for the very first hike I did notice the seem around the heel. That area of the boot was completely formed to my foot at about 7 miles and they have been complete perfection since then, if they last well I may just purchase a few more pair to have for the future!

The boots appear to be of high quality and craftsmanship. I have worn them for a few hike ranging between 5 and 10 miles and found them to be very comfortable. My only concern is that when I received them there was a cut mark in the leather of the instep, it was only part way through the leather so I am not sure of the effect it will have on durability.
