With the Lowa Camino GTX, you'll have the comfort and support needed to hike anywhere. Using Lowa's patented bootie design, these boots feature a waterproof GORE-TEX lining to keep feet completely dry while still remaining breathable enough for long treks. The Vibram Apptrail Outsole offers increased ground contact to promote positive stability, while the self-cleaning lug pattern enhances overall grip on variable terrain. Lowa's two-zone X-Lacing system has locking eyelets for a secure heel fit, and the pronounced front heel edge secures the foot when going downhill. This heel also features carbon effect microfiber inserts for a smoother transition to your foot's roll-off motion. Hike without strain and fatigue in these durable boots.

I wore this boot around the house and found it to be too narrow, I even ordered the "wide" size and I barely have a wide foot. I think Lowa just made these too narrow. However, in looking the boot over and wearing it a bit, it appears to me to be an awesome boot with great design features. I was disappointed that I had to return them.

I have been a Lowa fan since my folks bought their ski boots 40 years ago. German, quality craftsmanship all the way. But they are too G*dd*mn*d narrow. Make them for men why don't you? I waited a year to order a pair and had to send them back. I would buy several models if they would but fit me. They should go custom for the rest of us.
