There is molded kick-off heel plate for easy removal, as well as rubber grips and an angled top band for convenience. I work on a dairy farm, so these boots are constantly in mud, manure, and water. I have had them for a couple of months and they are comfortable and keep my feet warm and dry. I stand on concrete for 3 to 4 hours at a time and my feet and legs don't get achy and tired.

Perfect fit size 6. Only wish it had composite toe. Work outside grass,water,mud, construction debris everywhere. So far my feet are dry. We will see how long they survive. I put my own insoles inside,more comfortable.
