Speed, agility, and stability are the hallmarks of modern gunfighting footwear. The Viktos Range Trainer takes all of these requirements and includes just enough reinforcements to make them ultra-durable without excess weight. The main chassis is a rugged knit, with engineered micro-vents allowing for heat to escape while keeping debris out. An Airprene collar further assists by forming a complete closure around your ankle, again keeping debris out. The rubber compound of the outsole provides excellent traction and durability with a tread pattern for non-snag grip in a variety of range and outdoor conditions. The EVA foam midsole offers comfort while retaining a stable shooting platform.

These were my first ever shoes bought without trying them on, thanks Covid. I'm not disappointed. That being said, they are very comfortable, but a little tight on my feet. They are tongueless, and tight, and i'm not quite sure what purpose the strings have other than a portable tourniquet. Lastly, I almost died. I have never had a shoe be so "slippery" in wet conditions. Walking into work this morning it was raining, and one step almost created a live Newtonian example of gravity. Thank goodness there was a reception desk near by, or there would have been 9.0 magnitude earthquake epicentered in St Louis. Still a great shoe! I have put them through the workout test, and the hike test (not ideal, but I was fine) and theses shoes did great. 4 stars, just due to the near death experience, but I'd buy them again!

I love these shoes so far. Very comfortable and easy to move in. I will definitely be getting the green pair.
