Just last year I lost a toe to diabetes, and although I've been taking care of myself my foot was still causing me to limp. Not the ideal situation for a 40+ year martial arts instructor.

My New Balance sneakers were pretty much worthless. Even my bedroom slippers didn't give me any relief.

But the first time I put the Under Armour Stellar Tac boots on, I felt like a man reborn. Fantastic support, nice and warm, good looking.

And ... no more limp!

I'd definitely recommend these boots to anyone seeking a modestly priced, lightweight boot.

The water proofing insulation keeps water out but do not insulate the boot in cold climates. I have Blackhawk Warrior Wear black water proof boots. The Blackhawk boots keep my feet warm and dry while working in the snow. The under Armour are more of a summer or late spring boot. Spend the extra money and get the Blackhawk if you plan on using the boots year round. Fyi the boots can be resoled if you know a good boot cobler/shoe smith.

Bought these to clear vacant lots that are knee high with thorns, vines, poison ivy, etc. While everyone else was jumping because they were getting stuck, I smashed through untouched. Pole stabbed the boot in the fabric and no tear at all. Super comfortable. Good sizing.

Just what I was looking for! Almost a sneaker type boot. Large thick sole, supple leather and light weight. There is a review from a diabetic who was in pain and could not even wear slippers. Being a Type I Diabetic myself, foot wear is at the upmost importance. Any sores, cuts or blisters good lead to the loss of a toe or foot. I have walked the past week 4 to 5 miles a day in these boots from the road to the woods. Super comfortable. Already saving my penny's for another pair. Highly recommend!

Considering the black Jungle Rat by Under Amour for the fall and winter months. If they are anything like this boot I will be so happy.

Two days on patrol both days were 12+ hours and one foot pursuit. Thought they my need a little time to break in but after a few hours they were fine. Comfortable and light weight.

I work at a hospital working security. I ordered these and the reviews were generally positive. I was unsure of what to expect but I have been pleasantly surprised.
Break in time for me was a little long, but at the end of the day, my feet feel better in these than my boots with special orthotic inserts! They can be difficult to take off and put on wearing thicker socks and I replaced the laces with paracord.
I ordered a 10 ½ wide and fit is pretty much spot on.
If you're on a budget, these are worth a try.

metal eyelets are starting to come apart; even after swapping out laces with paracord, boot won't stay tight.

It is a little hard to get into or out of the boot. I assume because it new. If you do not have a law enforcement background buy something else. I wish it came with a spare shoe laces. They will be hard to replace.

When I first wore these, I felt more masculine and professional than my last pair. These boots are comfortable and durable for patrol and etc. The rubber soles also help you have a good grip when in a foot pursuit and I really recommends this. A small tiny problem with the boots are the creases that already come with it. Im not sure if that happened to anyone else who opened the box with their boots.
