If you struggle to keep dry in inclement weather, look no further than these waterproof pants. When it's wet and miserable outdoors and you're trying to stay comfortable, count on TRU-SPEC. Designed to fit over your standard pants, these three-layer waterproof, windproof, and breathable pants are better than ever. The secret is the high-quality, environmentally safe Bemis seam tapes. Seam tape is crucial for waterproof protection and Bemis is the worldwide technology leader in providing thermoplastic films. If what you need is an added layer of warmth, the Extended Cold Weather Clothing System (ECWCS) has you covered. You can snap insulation in at the waist and down the sides for additional protection against frost.

This pant is outstanding. I commute 18-20,000 miles per year by motorcycle in the rainy Pacific Northwest so get slammed with water regularly. This is the first waterproof pant that has actually kept me dry in 12 years of riding. Other products have made that claim but failed. I have since added another pair to work outdoors during our wet season. These pants are light and comfortable, too. Somehow, these pants avoid the typical rain gear trade-off of keeping me dry from the outside by getting me wet from the inside instead. I coupled these pants with the Tru-Spec H2O parka so now stay warm and bone-dry no matter what. I like these a lot.

Make sure you order the correct size -- there's no elastic in the waistband, so they don't stretch to fit over pants or thick under layers. They have only front pass-through pockets, no pockets of their own, and the zippered slits are a bit forward for some pants. Despite all that, I would not trade them for any similar product that I've seen. The wind and rain proofing are great and they do provide a bit of insulation in cold weather.

Tru-Spec H2O Proof ECWCS Pants are fantastic! They are very comfortable even worn over other clothes. In the snow they real keep me warm and dry. They really shine in the cold wind. I also really love the reach through pockets because it is easy to reach my pants pocket. They also have ties on the end of the pant legs that allow me to tie them so I can go through high snow without any worries of snow going into my boots.

Those Pants are amazing.. those work perfect under heavy rain and It'll keep you dry all the time.... but.....if you are thinking of buying the upper part.. try one size smaller...first I bought the jacket 2XL and I wasn't fit, so I changed it to XL and that fits well.. then I bought the pants XL size thinking in the previous experience.. I had to changed to 2XL and those fits well.. my size is 2XL Regular..

I purchased a size bigger than I needed so they will breathe more in humid environments while also fitting over two base layers and a third heavy expedition layer fleece pants. Hot = rain and these pants will keep you dry. Cold comes with wind and these pants will block it and keep your heat in. I also purchased these in tall as I am 6’0” but need coverage when I climb, sit or ride a sled. Awesome!

The pants are of the highest quality and match the pattern of other items I currentry have. I am going to use them in Alaska while fishing to keep out rain and wind.

I have the military issue ones in size XL so since I gained some weight I figured the 3XL would fit right WRONG haha they're not much bigger than the XL I already have unfortunately the jacket fit perfectly though and seems to work well in the rain

TruSpec never disappoints. Size was spot on, reinforced knees and leg zippers an added bonus. Velcro closure at bottom is perfect as you can adjust for what ever type of footwear you happen to be wearing.

I like these but I should have ordered a shorter length! The waist fits ME perfect and the quality is great and I like them so I’ll still make it work, just really wish I’d order the length shorter!

These pants are made very well. Order a size larger than you wear. The reach through pockets are in the correct location. Most makers misplace the opening rendering them nearly useless. Thanks!
