Stay toasty with the TRU-SPEC Gen-III ECWCS Level-1 Top. A piece of the Extreme Cold Weather Clothing System, this top is part of a collection of apparel inspired by the United States Army’s equipment. It has a double needle stitched crewneck collar and hem for durability and uses flat locked construction to avoid irritating your skin when worn under additional layers. This garment was engineered to draw moisture away from the skin to the outside of the garment, keeping you warm and dry without weighing you down. For additional performance, the technologically advanced fabric contains Microban antimicrobial properties to fight the growth of odor-causing bacteria. Made to battle extreme cold, this base layer will keep you comfortable and protected in extremely cold and windy conditions.

It's comfortable. The fabric is like polyester I think. Its pretty thin though. Its also not cold yet so I can't really say for sure how warm it would be. How ever I do like the thumb holes. That's all I can really say about it. It's not like a shirt with lasers and built in predator style camouflage. It's just a shirt. And it's not a bad shirt.

Shirt had nice mesh wicking material. Very breathable. I didnt like the fact that the thumb holes wear too small and the rist area of the sleeves were baggy and to wide. Made it very uncomfortable to wear it alone. I had to roll up the sleeves. Fits well on the body true to size. The sleeves suck!

I like it overall. The fit is nice and it is warmer without making me hot. I just wish the collar was a little stretchier or looser.

So far so good
They do work
But not the utmost quality
Maybe I am holding them too to high a standard
