If you're looking for an undershirt to sweat through, push-up in and run endlessly with, look no further than the Soffe Lightweight Crew Neck T-Shirt. Woven from ring-spun cotton, this shirt can be worn under ballistic vests and uniforms or on its own as regular wear. Soffe shirts are built from soft and durable fabric that feels great on your skin. The premier workout shirt since 1946, this is an old-school undershirt that will not shrink, fade or stain easily. The cotton and polyester blended material includes double-needle tailoring at the shoulders and a no-roll, high-density collar that won't sag or fray.

After wearing and washing (as instructed) these shirts the last four months, I can honestly say I'm somewhat disappointed. The shrinkage of these 50/50 coyote tan shirts has been minimal and they seem well constructed but the fabric is pilling badly. The underarms have also taken on a pinkish to rusty hue. Together they make the shirts look old! I don't have this issue with any other T-s I own including some 20 years old. I was really expecting better quality from a USA product and this price point.

Do NOT buy! I cannot stress that enough. Neither the "real deal" nor an outstanding product. These shirts are the MOST ill-fitting shirts I have ever ordered. I came to this site hoping for Soffe shirts that would fit and feel like PT shirts from my time in the military. However, these shirts are overly wide, short of length, and the neck is practically large enough for the shirt to slip over your shoulders and fall to the ground at your feet. Three dollar shirts from Walmart look tailored, in comparison. Wear these as an undershirt and no one would know you're wearing an undershirt. Didn't realize that Soffe packaged deep V-necks and sold them as crew-neck T-shirts. A waste of money and utterly useless, unless I'm feeling inordinately promiscuous, and want the plunging neckline exposing the entirety of my overly-masculine chest to the world.

This product is garbage. I ordered two three-packs and the t-shirts from within the same package have neck sizes ranging from medium to extra-large when compared with other shirts. The neckline should not dip so low it reveals a person's collar bones, but it does on these bad boys. If you need Tan 499 shirts do yourself a favor and order them from the Exchange.

I bought 9 of these shirts to put into my uniform rotation. This product out of the package had potential which was why I laundered these t-shirts immediately. The first shirt I wore seemed ok although the material stretched out throughout the day. The second shirt's neck was so stretched out from the time I unfolded it this morning. I DO NOT recommend this item and honestly wish there was a way I could get my money back but I do not have any of the packaging now.

I love everything about these T-shirts except the color. Rather than Coyote Tan, the shirts I received were somewhat green. I don't know if the fabric was off or if I was sent the wrong color (they don't look quite "Olive Drab"), but for non-duty use, they're fine.

I'm replacing 20yo shirts so it's hard to say now if these new ones will match up for longevity. As others have said, the color isn't quite tan, definitely not like the picture. I'd call it more of a tan/light OD cross. I'm not in uniform anymore so it's not a huge deal but the color should match the picture. That said, they fit great, feel great and we'll see how they are after a few washes.

I bought my first Soffe "tough-neck" t-shirts over 20 years ago. They're still in great shape and show only slight signs of fabric depletion due to wear. No seams failed and nothing ever came apart. They are only lighter in weight, but that makes them great for warmer weather. The necks never stretched-out either! I'm back for more.

Great fit, durable, soft. I normally wear large t-shirts (hanes) for the length as a medium doesn't stay tucked. I went with medium based on my measurements and am very happy. Plenty of length to stay tucked. Fit is right on. Material is soft & very comfortable. Will buy again.
