Out the box, this shoe was very comfortable. A tad bit narrow in the toe box when compared to my Salomon XA Pro 3D’s. I haven’t utilized them during inclimate weather however I don’t they will fail . Overall , a great product caught on sale!!

I’m a big fan of Salomons and wasn’t disappointed with these. They’re not too heavy and very comfortable out of the box. My only recommendation is to reconfigure the lacing design...not enough crosses for the thick tongue to feel supportive. Maybe utilize the quickstrap setup like the hiking shoes.

Absolutely love these boots. Took them out of the package on a Friday night to get a feel for them as I walked around the house. The next day wore them out for a 8 mile hike. We live in the high desert of New Mexico. Various types of terrain. Rocks, sand, hard dirt (clay based) plus it was a 75 degree day. Boots felt great. The fit was perfect. The grip is aggressive and had now worries about slips. Great product. Just ordered a second pair in black. Highly recommended!
