Sink your feet into a pair of aggressive Rocky S2Vs. This resilient combat-ready boot features a 1,000 denier Cordura and leather upper that can stand up to the toughest treatment in the harshest climates. Designed specifically for the U.S. Special Forces, this boot incorporates a high-walled Vibram outsole, which is engineered to provide superior traction and grip on uneven terrain. The unique high-walled design reduces the risk of ankle roll and heel injury by stabilizing the foot within the triple-stitched frame. The cushioned polyurethane midsole absorbs shock and provides a comfortable stride. There is a Rocky Airport footbed for maximum comfort when on the move, as well as a Lycra tongue to keep out debris. With drainage vents to promote breathability and a steel toe for optimal forefoot protection, this boot will not let you down no matter how hard the job.

They say rocky gos to the mountains and hunts unicorns just so they can make this boot and I'd believe it. Reason on this is the steel toe is not just steel, its also made of the horn as I kick things I have to pry them off with a crow bar. Not only that its American and that means on thing.... apple pie and why not strut in to a store wearing these eating apple pie. As AFT said it best its like a Bald Eagle getting a hand job from the statue of liberty her self. yes sir!

When I saw these boots I instantly liked the looks of them. They had a very aggressive tread on the soles along with a high tread wall surrounding the sole. They fit fairly snug but not tight, depending on how tight or loose you lace them up. The boots feel comfortable and sturdy enough to take on any rugged environment you put them through. I got the regular in width all the while thinking I might need the wider ones because I felt I had a wider width. However as it turned out, these boots just felt so good on my feet that I was pleased with my purchase. I gave these boots five stars and would buy another set if and when these ever give out.

Boots are comfortable however the glue is not holding the sole down in the front of the boot where the toe is. Probably gonna have to send them back if it gets worse. Only had boots a couple of weeks

I was a bit concerned when I purchased these boots. Some reviews said to buy a size lower while others said to buy the size you wear. I went with the size I normally wear and must say, these are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn in my life! They fit like a glove! The only negative thing I have to say is that I wish they came with paracord laces. Aside from that these are some awesome boots!

I have been wearing these boots for eight years! One pair per year before they wore out. I am an arborist and tree climber. I abuse the shit out of these boots everyday. Then I ordered this pair! Last November or September and it took 2 months for me to get them. I was happy to wait cause they were such quality boots. However when I got them finally, I put them on something was very wrong. It was like rocky added over an inch more around the ankle so they no longer fit snugly so now there's no ankle support and my foot actually now moves around in the boot as well. Come on Rocky please don't send these boot to China like every other company has done. These were great boots. I now have to hunt down another boot .

I have worn multiple combat boots include danners, bates, corocan, oakley and these Rockys. These are hands down the best combat boot I have ever used and will buy them again if they aren't issued, and most people who have them will say the same.

The sole lasts long and doesn't slip

The oakleys I was wearing prior to this were easily torn and very slippery. I have personally written 2 medical boards for guys with herniated discs and one of the exacerbating factors was them slipping on the aircraft or pavement . . . they were wearing oakleys

I have not had any issues with these rockies from a physician perspective

For fitting, I am a 10.5 brooks running shoe, 9.5 Oakley, 10 Rocky

Like the boot, this is my first pair. I ordered a 10.5r and would say it's slightly smaller then other 10.5 but not enough for me to need to go a size up. Has taken a while to break in but I have not worn consistently

I love these things. I wear them 13 hrs a day in 120 temps. You can’t beat the comfort and breathability. After wearing the crappy issued boots for the past eight years. I will never go back! Worth the money spent

I bought a pair of these boots that run extremely small and tight. I had blisters immediately. After they "broke-in" I wore them on a 8 mile ruck with 40 lbs in ruck. Six miles in I could feel the left heel cave in and stay pressed against Achilles and heel. To this day, when I wear them I still feel pain. Both Rocky and PX won't take them back. Others have had the same issue.

First thing to notice is the high end quality of every aspect; to the soles, insoles, laces, and lace hoops. Fits true to size. Right out of the box I went on a 5 mile run. Seriously felt better than my under armour running shoes. I stand 15 ours a day and my feet usually hurt. These boots have elevated my life in changing that for me. Breathes well. Will order a black second pair.
