Propper Uniform BDU Coat boasts all the quality and performance as Propper's mainline of BDU coats at a lower price point. BDUs are a staple in the wardrobe of most operators because of the superb comfort and functionality. The Propper Uniform BDU coat is made of a resilient cotton/poly ripstop fabric and designed with the same fit as military specification MIL-C-44048G. The coat features felled seams on the sides and sleeves and double-reinforced elbows, ensuring your coat will hold up even in the most demanding operations. Ample front bellows pockets provide plenty of storage and come with drain holes for quick drying if necessary. Adjustable sleeve buttons also let you customize the fit. For a tactically advanced coat that won't break the bank, the Propper Uniform BDU coat is a great option.

I’ve owned a variety of brands when it comes to BDU, and the Propper is my favorite. The stitching is great, heavy duty buttons instead of cheap thin waffer like buttons, and the material is awesome. I’m 6’2 280lbs, with very wide shoulders and a 38” waist. I normally wear 2XL in shirts and sweatshirts, and knowing the oddity that is (All brands) BDU sizing, I went with a Extra Large Tall. Shoulders are comfortable and not restricted in anyway. Torso gives me a close (but not too close or “slim”) fit which is nice since some of my past BDU fit me like a bell. The usual baggy arms and longer than necessary arm length is there as well, but as a daily or outdoors, they work great. I dig the vintage Tiger Stripe, clean crisp lines and great color. I ordered myself and my wife a woodland camo too! Will likely order additional colors soon.

I like the jacket. I ordered the both variants of the tiger stripe pattern, but while the Asian tiger stripe was 60/40 polyester/cotton ripstop as advertised, the darker tiger stripe pattern was twill of the same blend. I would have purchased it anyway, I just found it to be a strange discrepancy.

I was very pleased of how nicely this coat is made. It matches great with the BDU pants that I also purchased a few weeks back. I’m really not that tall in stature of 5’7”, so a (large/regular) just fit me fine. I will see about buying more items in the future. Thank you very much for being an awesome store.

I'm 5'10" and 180-185 pounds. Size Large-Regular fits me just right. I bought three of these; Olive, Black, and LAPD Navy. The jackets (which is what they really are) are cut full and roomy like military style clothing is supposed to fit; this allows room for movement and for layering something underneath if necessary. The four large bellows type pockets are great. The rip-stop material and workmanship on all three jackets is top quality. The price was about $5.00 less per jacket than the closest competitor. I would recommend these to anyone looking for this type of jacket.

These fit like I remember them. I can't wait though to get down to a size where the sleeves are the right length for me. I can make them do on the 3XLs, but I am stocky short person and when I get down to a size like Large or Medium most suppliers including Genuine Gear make these sizes in short lengths, but not in XL, 2XL or 3XL. However don't get me wrong the quality is great for the price. I can get a full set of Genuine Gear BDUs for the cost of just trousers or jackets from Proper or Tru-Spec. I like Genuine Gear over Rothco too.

I was surprised by the quality of these BDU's - excellent. I can't say enough about how well made these BDU's are. Excellent OD color that holds after washing. I had to order the large/regular based on the size chart and I felt it was very accurate - I needed the larger size for the chest, but now I have long sleeves. Genuine Gear makes a great product at a price point that cannot be beat.

Fits great. Best fitting bdu shirt I've ever had. Sleeves are long enough. Stomach isnt baggy. Shoulders fit well. All of the seems appear the be sound. Colors are rich and dark. A little darker than the Propprer brand bdu, but close. For perfect match buy both top and trousers from here. I look forward to getting great use out of this product.

It's better quality than I was issued on my last tour "in country" in 72. I use it for a lite jacket in spring. My government issue one finally wore out after years of service. It brings back good and not so good memories.

This purchase was my 5th BDU acquisition, so I know a thing or two about how they are made. This one really impressed me with the toughness of the material. Also, the seams and stitching throughout the product were top notch. And this can be an issue with manufacturers who feel they have to cut corners somewhere. Even the pricing was terrific! I can't say anything negative about this purchase.

Good rip stop fabric. Fits our needs for mostly temperate climate of the South. We use standard Woodland BDU camo for our field attire. Jackets are hard to find and your new product pricing is equal to buying at gun shows. This product meets the needs of our people.
