Once I got the right size , I was very excited. They are comfortable. But one morning while pulling the laces tight, the first speed eyelet, just above the regular eyelet, pulled off the boot. No way did I want to send it back, so I was able to fix it by drilling out the inside of the speed eyelet rivet until I could put an automotive rivet inside it, put a tight fitting washer on the inside of the boot, 'pop' the rivet, then peen it down. I was very disappointed, especially at a price tag of over 200.

Boots were very stiff and narrow at the toe. Was not comfortable to wear at all. I tried wearing thin socks, thick socks, wool socks, cotton/wool blend socks and just was not a comfortable boot at all.
