Item arrived quickly and was well packaged. Knife and sheath are well constructed. Blade has an outstanding edge right out of the box. The clip on the sheath is stiff, but better to be stiff than loose. Retention of the knife in the sheath is outstanding and very positive. Although I did adjust it to "lighten up" the draw to my personal preference. Blade size is perfect for those that may work in an organization that limits the size of the blade to 2.5"or less, but still have a bladed option in their EDC loadout. I would recommend this product based upon its quality and price.

The package arrived promptly, and on opening I was a bit surprised at how small the package was.

But upon strapping it on, the quality of the knife and sheath was apparent. The clip is sufficient, with a feature that allows for a quick pull to release the knife while holding the sheath firmly in place. Seems like it will hold over time as well.

The blade is sharp, high quality carbon steel. Fits well in my hand and is balanced.

Very how can I say ...cheap, was quite disappointed especially for the price.Made in Taiwan with the proud K-BAR LOGO ON IT, other reviewers said RAZOR SHARP My EDC KNIFE so I took a chance. If you think this knife is sharp then you have never had a sharp knife, and if its your EDC god help you if you have to use it! I'm a land surveyor who can carry any knife I want at work thought this might work out. ,( its in a cigar box of knives in spare bedroom) NO USE FOR THIS, Should have spent the money on 2 boxes of ammo

It came as advertised. It is easy to draw and handle. Reversing the belt clip is simple. The clip holds the blade in a stable and secure fashion.

Customer service was fantastic. I had a question about whether the belt clip (not just the sheath) came with the knife. They researched it at the warehouse and got back to me promptly. They were polite and professional, which is unfortunately rare in customer service these days. Thank you for that.

This became my favorite knife the moment I opened the package.
The knife is extremely sharp and has kept sharp. The handle is very comfortable to hold and allows a firm grip that does not slip in your hand. The sheath is well made and holds the knife tight enough that it doesn't accidentally slip out.
The sheath is also designed to be worn on your right or left side.
I'd recommend this knife to everybody.

This knife is the best money I’ve ever spent. It’s well made, easy to conceal and came razor sharp. I don’t know what the blade is coated with (rhino liner?) but I really like the feel of it. The sheath is sturdy and the attachment clip can be customized; it even came with the extras to make desired changes based on carry preferences. I love that the size and shape resembles a J frame revolver. This makes it smooth to draw and using it defensively is super easy as you can just use a punching motion with it in hand. I was once told that self defense knives aren’t meant to be seen, only felt; this is that knife for me since I can’t usually carry a handgun. This is what I’ll be handing out for Christmas this year and I’ll be ordering them from this site for sure. Props to Ka-Bar on the design and props to this website for quick shipment and a solid deal.

I’m a huge fan of Ka-Bar products and this TDI blade is no exception. It is well constructed and razor sharp. It is my every day carry blade and serves many purposes. The only con is that the sheath digs into my hip just a bit, but nothing I can’t ignore. Highly recommend this knife!

Blade locks in securely but not so tight that it causes any sort of draw problem. Depending on your physique you could have appendix carry issues due to the height of the handle, but if you are fit it shouldn't be an issue.

I have two gripes that keep this from being a 5*. First is that the sheath is slightly rectangular, if it were square you could customize it's concealment and draw so much better. Second is that the belt clip does not fit a 2.5" duty belt, I had to clip it to my pants belt which induces a bit of wiggle and sliding around.

Good product though, I'll buy again. Will probably buy another for outdoors activities as well, hopefully a 2.0 version with the mentioned revisions.

It is an excellent knife and stays put. only thing I do not like is the clip. It tends to poke me in the side because I wear mine upside down and I keep it covered with my shirt. Other then that I have practiced with it and it handles and works really well.
