Constructed entirely from 5Cr15 stainless steel, the Ka-Bar Becker Skeleton Knife flows smoothly from handle to blade. A sleek, dark finish combined with a skeleton-style handle creates a modern-looking knife perfect for today’s operator. It provides a bit more length and heft than other Ka-Bar skeleton knives with an overall length of 6.44 inches, blade length of 3.25 inches and weight of 2.4 ounces. If you’re looking for durability and an incredibly sharp blade, the Becker has you covered with a hollow grind and an HRC range of 57 to 59. This knife also comes with a hard plastic sheath for protection against the elements.

I picked this one up simply based on the price. In hand it's definitely pretty small, but for the price the quality is fine. I did a quick paracord wrap on mine and included pulls on the knife and the sheath which makes it easier to get to. From there, did a little sharpening. I also took my dreml to the sheath and trimmed down the opening area so that it didn't push in to my wrap. Retention on the one I got is actually pretty good. After handling this one, my plan is to use it in a bug out/get home type bag I've been working on putting together. This won't be your A1 go to, but as a little back up to keep stashed somewhere it's just fine. Might also work well as a starter knife for someone getting in to something like camping. And for the price it also makes a good project knife if you want to play with modding the sheath, wrapping it or modding the handle.

Knife is one piece, pretty durable, seems sharp. Case is molded plastic, seems good but can see plastic notches that hold knife in wearing out over time. Super light in weight. I do not like the handle at all. Small and does not feel comfortable in my hand. I will have to either smooth edges down or wrap with paracord. All in all its a decent knife but due to handle feel and size can not give a full five stars.

I purchased this because of the low cost for my wife. The knife came out really sharp straight out of the package. Nice little knife. I just got it today so I only had a few things I can try out with it, but it has held up pretty well. There is a lanyard hole to make it a neck knife, and pretty light weight so you will not even notice it there. I am giving it five stars even there is a slight problem The sheath holds on very well to this blade, but if there is no click it will fall out. Just make sure that you put it in all the way. I love this knife so far!!!

Well I look at this product as if I were to give as a gift or buy for family! I found out after receiving the knife it's what I expected good balance light weight nice edge , the case or sheith however not so great, the knife doesn't stay in or hold well in case two little RAISED notches wear away easy with use and it's very flexible I would highly recommend knife but a kidex harder shell , note: with no clip and just hole at the end ,I assume I'd turn into a nice neck knife cause there's no other way of holding or mounting without some modifying case

Great little product, came sharp, great price. May save my life or save me from some predicament in the future. Maybe put a magnet or better locking mechanism in the sheath so if you wear it around your neck it doesn't slip into your pants. OUCH. Just a suggestion.

JUST WHAT I EXPECTED FOR THE PRICE BUT IT'S A GREAT LITTLE KNIFE COME SHARP BUT NOT SHARP ENOUGH
THE PLASTIC SHEATH ISN'T VERY GOOD AT ALL AND DOESN'T HOLD THE KNIFE IN VERY GOOD.

This KA-BAR Becker Skeleton knife is exactly what I was looking for....light weight, sharp, fixed blade. It's at home in my hip carrier (constant companion on my daily Power Walks and hikes), along with my water bottle, and energy bar. This knife is perfect for trimming those small "FACE SLAPPING" branches that'll get ya' on woods trails.......Thank you KA-BAR and you guys for offering this outstanding sharp little tool!

Knife seems nice enough. Came sharp and handles well. But the sheath is just a plastic sleeve. No belt clip, no holes to add a clip. I guess you could use it as a neck knife and wear it on a chain, bot it seems too large for that.
