Like everything about this product except for one thing... The surface of the spork is textured... Food gets into the texture and holds on quite tenaciously... The blade of the knife is smooth so why not the surface of the spoon? Only complaint I can come up with

I order the Spork to put in my lunch and to go to the field so I don't take the silver utensil out of the house. Its handy and convenient is it great no, just useful.
