Easily fitting ankles or boots up to 13 inches in circumference, the Galco Cop Ankle Band provides unparallelled concealability. The cuff is made with breathable neoprene and uses an adjustable hook and loop retention strap to hold the firearm in place. Designed to protect your firearm and keep you comfortable when you're on the move, the holster pocket is made from elasticized nylon to guard your firearm's finish and padded with acrylic sheepskin behind the holster to prevent chafing and irritation. A reinforced thumb break prevents the retention strap from accidentally opening and allows for a smooth, fast draw. Comfortable, tough and reliable, this ankle band is perfect for holding double-action revolvers and semiautomatic pistols.

Although this Galco Cop Ankle Band was specifically advertised as "for Medium Autos" including the Glock 26, I found that inserting the Glock into the holster was definitely a two handed affair and very difficult. The pistol was very secure once I managed to wedge it into the holster though. It would be a great fit for a small .380 like a S&W Bodyguard.I have since ordered a Galco Ankle Lite holster from this site that I hope will be a better fit for the pistol.
