Designed as part of the Vanquish Armor System, the Condor VAS Recon Mag Panel attaches securely to the front of the Vanquish Plate Carrier and holds up to three M4 magazines and three pistol magazines. The panel attaches by the hook and loop patch on the outside of the front document pocket, and it is additionally secured by two buckles on the shoulder straps. The Vanquish Armor System offers a wide variety of ways to customize the Vanquish Plate Carrier, and the VAS Kangaroo Mag Panel is just one of the many convenient accessories that can be added.

Panel slaps and snaps right on and there's no need to weave molle.
The product description says that it can hold three M4 mags but you can easily fit three regular sized AK mags, just might have to loosen up the retention straps a little bit.
