Overall, the pack is great for work and other everyday carry items. Pockets seems to be the right size and still have the extra space needed for other extra items if needed. The dedicated/separate compartment for the laptop is great since it gives you other compartment for other items. It feels great in the back and the padded cushion seems to make the wear more comfortable. The only thing I do not like is the handle design on top as it should be the same as the other two side ones. The front velcro could use an extra inch or two or have another dedicated velcro strip for a name tape. The side compartments easily fit a water bottle - the quality could be better to last many years, but for the price you can't go wrong with this pack. I previously owned a SPECOPS THE model that lasted me 16 years!
This is my first CONDOR pack and so far I am pleased with the product, just wish it was improved some to make it perfect for my complete liking.

I am partial to Condor, as I love all their products (though they need a 36L pants). This bag his all the boxes I was looking for -- durable, sturdy, well-crafted, pockets, space...It has plenty of space to stash a towel, pants (for rainy days), socks, etc, plus a couple notebooks and book. I like the organizer in the pen pocket. It forced me to get rid of junk that tends to pile up. Also, the smaller bottom pocket holds cooling towels, scarf, sock hat, gloves, extra shoelaces or paracord perfectly. The optics bag could be another inch longer, but no biggie. The weight is distributed a bit center low on my back which helps keep my posture erect and not slouching forward. I love everything about this bag except the drag handle on the top, between the shoulder straps. It hits me right at the base of my neck and puts a good amount of pressure there, and causes me to hunch a little. I hump a mile to work and back to the train station each way. This is OK for that due to the handle. I'm hoping it breaks in and curves some to relieve the pressure. Time will tell, I guess

I use this pack everyday, both on and off duty. Without question the best backpack I've ever owned. The 2 front compartments are great for organizing smaller gear. And the main compartment can fit larger supplies, or additional layers of clothing. As well as a hydration bladder (doesn't come with one). The side pouches are the perfect size for stainless steel canteens or water bottles. And it has a laptop compartment, which is a decent size.

This is the 4th Condor backpack I buy..One for me and the rest for my 3 cousins out of the country. In the wild they hold up very well..hard to tear when snagged. On the ranch they hold all we need for the day and we hang tools off the bags. Very durable worth the price.

Have used this bag since Dec 2011 for EDC and deployments. Besides some obvious wear on the inside (taking items in/out), this bag has held up wonderfully! Also having spilled various liquids both outside and in, there are no stains or stench. All zippers/straps are intact and functional. Only issue was with the plastic piece on the zipper pull would break off. Just replace with some cord and your golden. Highly recommend!
