I've been hunting in an under hunted neck of the Okanogan Forest. Being under hunted, it has become a smorgasbord for the cougars. That being said, I was looking for a hunting rig that would help me keep my sidearm at my side over rough terrain so that I didn't end up being ambushed while leaving a gut pile of kitty cuisine.
That being said, I was immediately impressed with the Condor Tornado Tactical leg holster. Just holding it in your hand, you can feel the quality of the materials used. Nothing fancy here, just good thick fabric and tough Velcro.
The adjustments were simple enough and I quickly had it adjusted for my Kimber 1911 and on my leg. Of note, the strap that secures the pistol over the back of the hammer was a little tricky, so I'll let you on to the solution I found. It has Velcro on two side which puts you in a quandary since it also sits in a double Velcro slot. Ah-ha!!! That strap and slot is just the right size to use two simple table knives on each side of the strap to make your adjustments. When you got it right, slip out the table knives and the strap is securely in place.
The size, fit and comfort as well as the quality material does the trick for me.
I don't plan on using it for anything other than my 1911, so the Velcro ought to hold up since I will not be making adjustments, but the Velcro appears to be for quality as well. Time will tell on that count.

This holster is inexpensive compared to non-adjustable, leather holsters. It's not as "formal" or historic as some of those, but it is extremely functional and looks great. With a loop to attach to a regular belt plus two leg straps, it is very secure and flawless to draw from. Almost every part of it is adjustable so it should fit almost any handgun, including my 1911 .45 with a laser on it, my son's Airsoft semi-auto, my revolver, etc., a wide variety. The adjustments are double-secured so will not drift or open up inadvertently. The adjustments are intuitively obvious if you play with it, but it would've been better yet if some instructions and fit guidelines came with it to clarify all of them and ensure they are properly made and secured. I have limited use for a holster but this one is a relatively inexpensive while a technically superior choice for when needed, and my son can use it (Airsoft) as well. Super!

The buying process from TacticalGear was excellent, too.

This Leg Holster is very well made. I tried it with both my S&W 39-2 and my PMR-30. Fits both perfect. With the adjust-ability it will fit many other handguns also. It is Rugged yet stylish and and very practical for open carry, my preferred carry. Plenty of room for a laser or small under barrel flashlight also. Locks in with valcro over a snap, so it mon't come out while I'm driving down the road on my motorcycle. I am not an affiliate in any way and this is my extremely biased opinion! :)

Bought this as a beater holster for my airsoft gear. The button snap broke literally the second time I unlatched it while adjusting the holster to fit my hand gun. Luckily, it hadn’t been properly installed so I was able to fix it fairly easy. Not sure if it’s a design flaw or I just got a dud, but the lower strap was about 4 inches longer than the upper. Assuming you ever needed that much adjustment, I think it should be opposite. I ended up trimming the extra off. Velcro seems very strong. The adjustability is almost infinite. This is a double edged sword because I’ve been screwing with it for a week trying to make it perfect, simply because i have the ability to adjust it so much. Overall, it’s not a bad product. I bought it to try a drop leg holster, knowing I would upgrade if I liked it. I’ve used it twice and will until it falls apart. No need to replace what isn’t broken.

So I was incredibly skeptical as I am a firm believer in “if a holster isn’t made of a rigid material, like a polymer, and isn’t form fitted to your gun, it’s garbage” but this holster shut me up. I didn’t have the money currently to buy a Safariland so I spent the money on this for the mean time, and just to test it out, and I’m blown away! It’s actually damn functional. It does it’s job well! My only complaint is that it sits a bit too low for my taste.

I bought one of these holsters for my wife as she has shoulder issues and regular OWB carry is an issue. Worked perfectly for her gun right were she wanted it to be. Bonus was I did not notice it also will work with a light / laser combo. Very adjustable to fit gun perfectly . Seams to be made pretty well quality construction. So for the money hard to beat. I ordered other one for myself just for the ability to use the light/ laser on my gun at night . When I check on the stock and barn.

I think this would be a better fit if I had a tactical light on my pistol, but I don't. I bought this for my S&W Sigma 40.
Thoughts:
I get that this is supposed to be a universal holster, and so must be versatile to fit a number of different weapon shapes and sizes, but it's got far too many velcro flaps, and when all is said and done, it doesn't fit my pistol well at all - in order for the holster to be snug on the weapon, the front spine of the holster is cocked off-center;
The small flap inside the holster meant to prevent the muzzle from dropping too low in the holster actually impedes the holstering of the weapon;
The thumb strap snap falls directly onto the rear of the pistol, making it more difficult than necessary to manipulate (both snapping and unsnapping), and the additional strap that velcros over the snap strap is simply extraneous and gets in the way.
I won't be using this holster rig.

This holster holds my large pistol firmly and securely. The extra strap from the thigh part (after adjusting) I put in between the velcro layers of the holster. That makes it so the straps aren't just hanging there anymore and are safely tucked away. The only pain was adjusting the double-sided velcro retention strap and the copper button snap leaving scuffs on my weapon. A small piece of electrical tape where the snap touches my pistol fixed that. Other than that this holster is perfect. You can adjust it to fit any shape and any size pistol quickly and easily. I was wearing it out and someone complimented it and said it looks like he T-side holster in CS-GO. I love it more than my 2 other hip holsters and will be purchasing another.

I will have to say its not a perfect fit for my Beretta FS 92. In order for the snap retention system to properly fit my 92, It has to ride just a bit high thus exposing part of the trigger well. Although it could be I'm missing, or cannot see, that there might be some way to lower the retention snap. But I also have to state its well made, and when properly adjusted, it does not flop around nearly as much as some of the other thigh rigs I have used in the past. If I were to improve this holster, I would have a 2 point waist belt suspension system, and include a diagram or instructions on how to make any adjustments. Over all It's a good product for a great price

I have used several leg holsters throughout the years for Duty which ranged in cost. The holster materials are of good quality. The adjustability is great, I have been able to configure The holster to fit my 1911 with and without flashlight attachment and can configure it to hold a four and a half inch barreled Smith & Wesson 357 without compromising retention of the weapon from accidental removal. For the cost this is a great holster. The velcro used for this holster used to be a good quality and strength. For adjusting the retention strap I used two popsicle sticks which made it easy to slide the double-sided velcro strap.
