With fully adjustable straps and a crossback shoulder design, the Condor MCR3 Modular Chest Panel covers your front without adding excessive weight to your kit. The waist and shoulder straps evenly distribute weight for maximum comfort, and the Swivi Lockster swivel push-release buckles allow for a secure fit and rapid removal. The front features a 9"H x 12"W map pocket with a hook and loop panel for convenient document storage. Heavy duty webbing on the compact front panel allows for the attachment of accessories. This rig can also be assembled and worn as a shoulder-carry modular panel as needed.

Making preparations for a big AK match this October. Wanted a smaller chest rig than I used last year. This was so well priced! Paired it with a Condor triple kangaroo AK mag pouch. Perfect. There are 8 slots. Only needed 6. The materials and stitching are first rate. Why pay 2-3 times more for a name? Got one in OD green. I prefer solid colors (black, green, brown) because they will match a wide range of camo patterns. EX: OD will match woodland, tiger, multicam, MARPAT, DPM, etc. You get the idea. I am retired Military and LE (tactical) and have used a lot of gear since the 70's. I buy Condor a lot. Fits my needs and my budget.

I was looking at pre-configured chest rigs before I decided to put together my own. I wanted something light weight that I could attach pouches to for my rifle and pistol mags and a flashlight. This one fits the bill, and after some adjustments it fits well and fairly comfortable. I added two Condor double AR mag pouches, one of which were kangaroo style to hold my Glock mags. I then added a flashlight pouch to the webbing on the outside of the other pouch. All of the webbing and seams on both the chest rig and the attached pouches were stitched well and everything feels sturdy. Behind the main panel is a Velcro pouch for storing any extra mags, first aid kits or whatever goodies you might have. One complaint I do have is that the lowest strap that goes around your midsection seems to be quite long. I am by no means a small guy and I wish it had just a few more inches of adjustment. That being said this is minor and in no way affects the overall quality or performance of the rig. If you’re looking to set up a customized chest rig and want to keep things light weight and minimalistic, I can definitely recommend this product to you. As always this site delivers a quality product at a great price!

Very well built for the price. lightweight and sturdy so far. Buckles are well made. the velcro on the top is perfect for your favorite patch or gear. It is just enough to put mag pouches and other essentials. great for the range or general use. I not sure if you could "operate operationally" with it, but it gets the job done enough for the average joe.

Velcro too hard to open and loud and the large connection clasp are to close to the opening of the pouch, making it harder to retrieve the binoculars and the possibility of rubbing the binoculars on the too close clips connections
Yet another harness I should have never purchased

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that it doesn't come with separate clips to mount to molle systems if you don't want to use the straps, which I don't, and was under the assumption it came with extra clips...

I bought this item to replace an older one that was destroyed. I use the chest piece in conjunction with the water bladder and have never had an issue, it makes for a great piece of my hunting/hiking gear

I bought this to replace an older vest. I wanted to be able to carry my magazines without the bulk and heat of the vest. Fits the bill completely.

I needed something that would work better for a smaller body. I just bought the attachments I wanted to use and molle them on as needed.
