This web belt is reminiscent of any thicker military web-belt in recent memory before 2000. It has a very sturdy and durable feel to it. I'm confident that a heavier load, maybe accompanied by a y-harness, would have no problem finding a nice seat on this belt. I bought this to be my duty belt set-up, but unfortunately does not strip away from reattaching at the ends. You cannot separate the metal from the ends to slide your tighter gear/pouches over the belt. I will eventually turn this into a modified molle/ammo "last-call" ammunition belt. The plastic buckle sounds hollow when you close it, but is thick enough to put my trust in. The reason it gets 4.5 stars instead of 5 is because although the description says it fits up to a 46, I disagree. I fluctuate between a 42-44 in tac pants with long-johns and signals equipment underneath. This belt fits me, but pretty much right at the 44 mark. I have significant room for adjustment as a 42, but if you're a 46 in the waist and you know it, I'd save yourself a return or the disappointment of it not being doable. If they added a couple inches to consider layers and different configurations for larger guys, I'd green light it for you, but it's too slim for a 46 to take a chance on, honestly. If I get any bigger or add any more gear, it'll become a comms/tech rig or something.

I love condor and I will continue to purchase from them.

The CONDOR GI Style Pistol Belt fits my current needs.I would like to have it in OD or Woodland, however the Buckle is Strong, and it fits my growing Federal Gut well. I have not carried weight on it as yet,use it mostly as accessory over the Field Jacket.

The belt itself was excellent- seems it is made very well and sturdy- the overall length though only comes to about 43" around the waist (claims 46")- This company does an excellent job on making the customer completely happy.

Very nice belt. Wasn't exactly what I wanted, but that was my own fault. Sturdy and well made, easily adjustable. Not suitable for a duty belt, but useful for tactical belt, with hook and loop attachments. Still very satisfied with it.

This is a sturdy belt and I used it in the Condor Gen 2 Battle Belt to augment my wife's beltless pack.

Belt is good as ordered. However, there is no metal /hvy wire item to be used to hang a holster from the eyelets. Your company should include these pieces w/ the belt as part of the pkg order.

For those complaining for the belt beinggfor belt loops. Probably never was trained with or never was told it goes over your BDU shirt to hold gear like a police officer utility belt.

Better make use of the punched holes!! Won't fit through any tactical pants belt loops, can't fit it through any holster loop either.
