So the quality of the holster is, like all other 5.11 stuff, just great. Well made and will be durable. I am less than satisfied with the function of the pouch. It doesn't really fit my handgun. Unfortunately it is probably intended to be generic and there are so many different size and shape guns it's difficult. The gun won't draw well as the barrel drops thru and the front sight catches on the material/stitching. Again no issue with the product itself it just doesn't fit my gun.

I bought this for my wife's new small carry purse that has hook and loop panel. I cut the hook patch and was glad to see stitch lines that allow for cutting smaller in a variety of shapes and remains stitched together. Also the opening in the holster was not large enough for her Sig P320 and micro laser beneath to fully sit in the holster where it is secure. I CAREFULLY took a razor blade and cut the stitching about a half inch to allow the gun to sit fully in the holster. I will need to put a solid stitch where I cut so the opening does not enlarge. Works just fine, actually better than I anticipated.

The vest needs better support strips and more of them. A support patch would be better than the strips. Cant use it the way it is. I will change it so it will work.
