I'm new to 5.11, not law enforcement or ex-military but this item is easy to attach to all of my backpacks, hiking and mountain climbing. it looks very attractive attached to my MOAB 10 and gets compliments in airports

5.11 is now a part of my everyday attire.

I'm getting all new gear for a new vest and this is by far the best and most important pouch. It will fit a gsw kit with an Israeli bandage and a tourniquet no problem.

At first I only kept small things in this pouch. Now it holds a trauma kit, stethoscope, and much much more. It's held up for a year now and it's on my person 24/7.
