Perfect size for all the essentials. It does get tight but it's a great individual size first aid kit. If you need a camp one for multiple people though, you might need something bigger. I've got a TQ, bandaids, gauss roll, field bandage, tape, some Tylenol, Neosporin, and with shears, hemostats, and tweezers in the front. It's pretty packed out with that stuff. The slick stick mount system is awesome too. It comes with a second set of red zipper pulls and if you need the cross to be more pronounced, the cross patch is removable and could be painted (nail polish or some other enamel) or replaced pretty easily. It doesn't look like 5.11 sells them separately anymore though.

Purchased for the CAT tourniquet but the out side pouch is too small. Disappointed in the product!
