Because of its short length and super bright light, I always carry one of these in my pant pocket. I never notice it being there until I need it and I typically find myself needing it several times a day. I always wrap a small piece of black tape around the top 1/4" since many times I hold the light with my teeth to keep both hands free. They are great little lights and are very durable. I have had 3 for over a year now and just bought 3 more. I'm replacing one I managed to lose and decided to buy 2 extra just in case Streamlight decides to discontinue them.

I already knew how great these lights were to begin with because
I already own 3, so being how great the price was on their black friday sale i had to get 5 more. When i received my order i realized an honest mistake had been made from their warehouse so i called up Tactical gear the next day to speak with theor customer service and they corrected the issue without any fuss and corrected the mistake without any further effort on my part. These people are great and as far as im concerned they will definatley get more of my business.

What can I say. A strong reliable light. Strong sturdy clip. It’s light weight and durable. Good for pant and shirt pocket. Good luminous cast. Prefect for EDC.

I keep looking for a better everyday flashlight to carry. After years of searching I have found nothing better then this little beauty. It takes a beating, and still performs. My biggest problem is people borrowing it and not returning. So I have to always ask for my light back. There are brighter, more tactical, more bells and whistles, but if you want a no nonsense EDC light....look no further.

This is my 4th microstream light. I lost my last one and gave another to my kid. I also repurchase as the manufacturer improves lumen output and or efficiency. Since my last one was rated 35lumen I thought the new 45 lumen would be brighter. Well it turns out 45L vs 35 is not a big a difference, but what matters is these compact lights perform well for basic close up tasks. Love the tail cap momentary on off feature and the beam has decent throw out to 30 yards. Had them at my door as advertised

I bought one for myself a while ago after a friend recommended it to me. I had tried other lights to be my edc but they were all too big, too expensive, had hard to find batteries, etc etc. I could find nothing that was bright, small, functional, and inexpensive until I bought this MicroStream. I just bought one for my dad for Father's Day and it's now part of his edc and he loves it. It is amazing to say the least.

works like I'd hoped it would compact yet throws plenty of light of what I ask of it. No frills no strobe or high beam, low beam. Just on and off. has a handy reverse clip so you can fix it to bill of your hat. I have plenty of handheld weapons lights with 1000 lumens and all. I just wanted a small pocket light find odds and ends …… I'd recommend this to anyone looking for a good EDC pocket light ……

Because it's So small you forget it's there it is always there; provided I don't forget to change it from one outfit to another when I change my clothes.
Bright enough to take the place of a much bigger flash light. I have worked under a house with this light. A lithium AAA fills it and one lasted me a month on the job as a service plumber. Even let a co-worker use it to change a filter in a system under a house. The clip allows it to ride on the bill of a ball cap so both hands are free. The three I just purchased were of other people that were amazed at its' versatility. If I had been a little more flush I would have ordered another for me. I purchased the nano instead and was pleased with it.

Battery last, I can replace from any store that has aaa size. It looks good as it wears in my pocket giving it that tactical look. I also carry it in my uniform shirt pocket at night as an aircraft mechanic and it is perfect for close up inspection, illuminating the exit stairs, wing walking on a dark ramp, and my favorite, shining on a dark keyboard when I clock out to go home without my work glasses on. It does not make my shirt pocket sag since it is lightweight. I am giving these out as my go to Christmas gifts this year for men and women.
Only problem I have ever had with these is about after a month of daily use I had to wipe off the threads of the battery cap to help it maintain good electrical contact. No problem otherwise.

This is a compact, yet bright light that fits anywhere. I have used this numerous times since purchase just because its so easy to carry. It has become my daily carry over larger flash lights. The clip is strong and stays secure where placed. Its a bit hard to click the button one handed with large hands but the ability to always have a light makes it easy to overcome. Buy one for everyone you know.
