Compatible with a wide range of firearms, the Safariland 7TS GLS Pro-Fit Concealment Paddle holster combines a compact design with innovative technology. The Grip Lock System (GLS) instantly secures the firearm when holstered and releases it when you apply your natural shooting grip. The holster is designed so that in the natural shooting grip, your middle finger can depress the GLS lever for a smooth straight-up draw. The holster's low-cut design allows it to be concealed easily and mounted close to the body, yet it is large enough to hold multiple weapons at once if necessary. Made with a SafariSeven proprietary nylon blend, this holder is highly resistant to hot and cold temperatures and requires virtually no maintenance to retain its function and shape.

Ordered this for an FN9S-C 9mm. Holster is light weight, has a slim profile which makes it easily concealed. The GLS system is a no brainer, with a few practice draws you quickly realize how simple it is to release the weapon to deploy it. Initially I thought the paddle was a bit large, however, any concerns I had were quickly dashed once I wore the holster. It is by far one of the most comfortable paddle holsters I have ever worn. The versatility of this holster for use with many other weapons is a huge plus and makes the holster a great value. It is now my favorite! I am a firearms instructor and retired L.E. with 30 years of service in Southern California.

Do your research, read what is on the website, watch the videos. Purchased the Model 578 GLS™ Pro-Fit™ Holster (with Paddle) for my Ruger SR9c and received it in perfect order. Placed weapon in holster, turned retention screw to get rid of a slight wiggle and placed the holster w/paddle on my body. Fit is tight, comfortable, and taking weapon out and re-holstering is amazingly fast. Paddle is easy on and easy off. Not much practice needed. The whole system is that easy. Concealment is easy, open carry is easy too. Excellent product all the way around.

I think this holster is well made , it holds my Ruger Sr40c securely , no rattle even upside down it holds my pistol in place no fall out no rattle .the release trigger works well I had no problems learning how to release my pistol it's just my normal grip and it's free .
I wish it had instructions on how to adjust and set up the holster and what the extra parts are for its for that reason I give it four stars and not five. I will definitely purchase another safariland holster if I need another

Originally bought this as an alternative to full concealed carry. Good option if you have a coat in fall or winter. Otherwise my H&K P2000sk handle juts out. Anything bigger and it'll be obvious that you are carrying. Absolutely love the guard lock system and the ease of draw though. Paddle works extremely well and doesn't pull out without a belt. Just wish it came in an IWB model

The Holster itself looks good, But my Walther ccp Doesn't fit 100%, I have adjusted it and its a little better, but it is still 50/50,, and when I called the Maker of the holster they said that dont fit my gun! LOL, I also tried a couple of my other guns to see if one might fit better, but no luck, But will still use this one on certain occasions, just not everyday use.

At first glance, the holster appeared to be high quality, sturdy, and kinda sleek. I use it every day, before and after work. The holster holds up well, especially after constantly being pulled on and off a belt. Every once and a while, I notice my firearm doesn’t seat all the way upon holstering, and I have to almost wiggle it in. Aside from that, great, reliable holster.

I have a Springfield Armory MilSpec 1911. Once the proper adjustments were made the Safariland Pro-Fit holster was outstanding. There was no movement of the weapon once it was holstered, and removing it was very easy, with just a bit of practice. It stays locked in the holster until you need to remove it. It was very comfortable on the waist as well.

Very lite weight, my fns 9mm compact fit with no adjustments. I carry for work this is more for concealed carry, but the paddle style works well for all day duty carry. My co-workers use blackhawk serpa. I feel more comfortable with the release lever then the push button, it feels more natural. And definitely a quicker draw.

I have other Safariland holsters and love them all. This fits the weapon perfectly, is quiet. The release is very natural to use and keeps someone else from taking your pistol. Safe...unlike those serpa holsters which are downright dangerous imo. Can't go wrong with Safariland.
