the flight suit is great. it has all the pockets and zippers and stuff you want and expect from a top-of-the-line $180 flight suit. the material is relatively heavy, not overly so, but it's not lightweight. all the hardware (zippers and buttons and such) are high quality, no problem. the zippered leg opening accommodate regular military paratrooper boots but might have a had time with winter wear.
i weigh 155 and stand 5'5" with a 29" inseam. i tried a 36 short (too small in the shoulders), 38 short (same story), 40 short (same story), waiting on the 42 short to arrive. if the 42 short doesn't work then it's too bad because they don't offer a 44 short and the regular is 4 inches too long.
if you want a top-drawer flight suit this would be the one. i'm planning on using mine for paragliding if i ever find one that fits.

Military sales doesn't make the size I need so I was super excited to find this website with a wider variety of sizes. I bought a 34L. The color and quality was spot on, but it was much smaller than a 34 should be and was about 4 inches too short. I ended up returning it and they made that process very smooth.

Flight suit material quality is outstanding. I am not very tall and was concerned about suit fitting my short body built. Tried on suit and fit was spot on. Recommend this product highly

Stitching is the only thing I see that's less that optimum. It overlaps it's route properly, but the cut thread ends weren't either pulled into a hidden spot or threaded into folded material.

Got two that fit just perfect. Cloth is heavier than cotton, not nearly as thick as denim. Clearly mil-spec tag at the back of the neck with fabric and care details.

Really wish I would have bought more when they were on that awesome sale for a permanently modified short-sleeve and a ghillie suit base.

Ordered a 40 Reg and it fits great. I am 5/10" and 167 lbs. and this fit perfect. The color sage is great and seems to be pretty sturdy.

Love the flight suit, fits beautifully and of high quality. Better pricing than Vanguard Uniforms for the exact same item.
Only aspect of the purchase decision was the ambiguity over "Sage Green" and "Freedom Green" color options. Need better descriptions of the two color choices.

The flight suit wears and feels great. I fly Air Attack over wildfires and wear this suit while doing so. I ordered a size larger to be able to constantly put it and take it off over my cargo shorts and t-shirt.

These flight suits are designed to keep pilots safe in worst-case scenarios. I hope I never have to test this suit for a crash and burn, but I trust the quality and design, and I would buy another in future.

I was happy with the speed of the delivery, got it just in time. Product is as expected. Sizing is difficult for women.
