These boots are decent. They are much narrower than all the Bates I have worn in the past. They are waterproof which is great but the soles are making a squeaking noise when I walk. They started making this noise during my first 12 hour shift of wearing them. They are comfortable but the leather is very soft and is easily scratched so I’m constantly watching what I’m doing. Overall a decent boot but not worth the money.

Bought these boots size 11 the Spring, took a couple shifts to realize they did not fit and weren't going to break in. Now I have a pair of boots that I've never been able to wear. I have worn Bates size 11 boots for years (GX-8 Model) and have never had this problem before. Very disappointing

I bought these boots because they were supposed to be comfortable and water proof. They are definitely comfortable, but water proof they are not. I was working in the rain directing traffic and my feet was wet in 3 hours. Definitely disappointed.
