A great beanie for any operation. Favorite specs; it's very lightweight and highly versatile, yet mad of Merino Wool. It provides ample heat retention when temperatures drop and is supremely comfortable when worn for extended periods of time. Not noticealbe, the headband is double-layered for added warmth and helps prevent sweat from entering the eyes. I was getting tired of the thicker, bulkier, and awkward tactical beanies. The Arc'teryx is slim, and has a low-profile design is ideal for various uses and helps operators adapt to their environments. A must have for operators and outdoorsman!

ITS WOOL , LIGHT, WARM AND ITS ARC'TERYX. What else could you ask for. Warm in all but the most frigid conditions . Then you put up your hood. Easily fits under any kind of helmet. It sheds water and will not absorb moisture. Dries in a flash. Perfect cover for winter wear. Light , and can be stowed in any pocket.

I was disappointed when I got it because the picture doesn't show the 6 seams at the top of the hat. I was expecting a single woven piece. On the good side it feels great and is warm enough. Another great thing, when not on it it small enough to slip into a pocket and not be bulky. Over all, pretty nice

Before I had this, I had the Arcteryx Classic Beanie. That one used a thicker wool material that had a fleece liner on the inside that was pretty itchy and a little too tight.
This beanie is super thin, comfortable to wear, not tight, and fits very well. Very minimalist beanie and perfect for use as a helmet liner.

This cap is made of merino wool so just because it's very thin doesn't mean it isn't warm. That said it's not your 'go-to' for extreme cold conditions either. I had been looking for a thin, lightweight watch cap that you could easily put in a jacket pocket without adding much bulk and this fits the bill. Bought a second one in the other color for a different jacket. Nice to have on hand as a back up this time of year if the weather turns ugly and you want something better than a ball cap. Likely the most affordable item made by this brand too! Recommended.

I really like this cover its snug against the head and it looks good. The only thing is that it does bunch up on the crown. This is probably because I have no hair or maybe after I wash it a few times it shrinks.

Nice material, well made, and great fit. My head is 58.5cm and it fits well; not too loose and not too tight.

Thin and light but still warm enough for most weather. I can wear it under a helmet or a boonie hat. I like it.

This beanie is a little thin, although it is made to fit underneath headgear, also very lightweight. Arc’teryx is just one of those brands that you’ll never have to second guess yourself with anyway.

This beanie was not what I was expecting and very much disappointed. Was expecting a fleece type product/material for every day wear during the winter months working overseas. Instead, this product is a spandex type material which I will hear to the gym. No good!!!!1
