The M-1 Waistpack is Maxpedition’s flagship low-profile waistpack, compact and versatile, perfect for carrying small personal essentials close to the body. Some like to use this pocket for a small first aid kit. The main compartment is accessed through a YKK #10 zipper top with 550 paracord pulls. The frontal compartment expands greatly, contents retained by bungee cord, and secured with lid equipped with hook and loop and quick release snap. The M-1 can be worn directly on a belt through an integrated belt loop or become a modular pocket compatible with ALICE or MOLLE type webbing using a pair of 3" TacTie (sold separately).

I am a big fan of Maxpedition products and this WaistPack is no different, it is made out of high quality material and has been constructed with quality products and workmanship. This is not my first WaistPack from Maxpedition and will not be my last they have quality zippers on them that don't seem to ever have any problems and are easy to attach to packs or even on a belt using Maxpedition Tac-Ties.

I commonly use this bag to place my digital camera in with some spare batteries, it has plenty of room to do that and could be used for a wide variety of other purposes as well. If you already have any of the bigger Maxpedition bags this is an excellent addition to those bags to be able to keep some of you smaller items separate and easily accessible.

Without a doubt I would recommend this product to anybody because of the quality product and the multiple uses you can find for it.

Originally I bought this product to go on my belt and get some junk out of my pockets. Only it's too small for pens, and my cellphone is too small to fit well.

HOWEVER it's found a perfect home on my Maxpedition Jumbo bag. It's the perfect size for all the small bits you need to keep handy when black-powder hunting.
Surveyors, and Civil Engineers take note, it fits calculators as well.

Like all Maxpedition products, this one is sturdily constructed out of quality materials. I bought it to attach to my Maxpedition Jumbo Versipack to hold loose items and first aid gear, and it does the job admirably, without being too large, intrusive, getting in the way, or interfering with other pockets or pouches.

I GOT THIS PACK FOR SPRING / SUMMER FOR MY WALLET & KEYS SO I DIDN'T FILL MY POCKETS. I WAS ABLE TO MACHINE WASH THIS PACK IN A ROLLING WASHING MACHINE, I PUT IT IN A US. NAVY SOCK NET. THE PACK WAS NOT DAMMAGED BY THE WASHING MACHINE. SO I BAUGHT 2 (TWO) MORE OF THIS TYPE PACK FOR THE FUTURE.

The Maxpedition M-1 Waistpack is a great way to get loose items out of your pocket and into an organized carry pouch that is secure and accessible.
