They're not bad so what they are they just don't fit in my pants nor have most of the inserts I've tried.
I instead just got regular knee pads and put them under my pants works just as fine much more concealed if you will

At 5”2’, 143 these were a great idea. They were a little cumbersome for me. Perfect for someone a little larger, especially on those range days when you have to pick up brass!
