I love the belt it works great but it's a little big. I'm a 32" and I ordered the medium because I have to tuck in a couple of shirts and figured the it would have the most size flexibility for me. I currently have it as small as it will go and it's almost perfect just a hair to big so if you're considering size it may be a bit larger than you expect

its a great belt but one needs a size smaller than normal. im 32 inch waist but the medium was too big so needed a small
